At LalShaloo, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we offer a straightforward return and refund policy to ensure your peace of mind.

 

1. Returns

You may return items purchased from LalShaloo within 7 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition as when you received it. It must also be in its original packaging.

 

2. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5 days.

 

3. Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, color, or style, please contact us to arrange the exchange. We will do our best to accommodate your request, subject to availability.

 

4. Return Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
